Many people I know from Phoenix own properties in Puerto Penasco. After spending quite a bit of time there, I decided it would be nice to have a vacation home on the beach of my own. Most of the properties owned by my friends and family are on Sandy Beach. However, nothing there was resonating with me. I happened to see a billboard for Tessoro and decided to give it a look.

Immediately I knew that Las Conchas was exactly the type of atmosphere I was looking for in my relaxing beach home. When I saw the Tessoro project, and met the wonderful people involved, I was extremely impressed. I have many years of experience in real estate investing and sales, and I felt that the quality and design of Tessoro was head and shoulders above anything else I had looked at in Rocky Point. It surely didn’t hurt that when asking around, I would continue to hear very positive things about the developer’s reputation.

I don’t use the word, “awesome”, very often if at all. I used it when I saw Howard Hughes Spruce Goose for the first time, and I used it when  I saw the Tessoro tower looming out of the dune.
