As the weather glides from slightly chilly to pleasantly warm, there is nothing better than spending time on the Sea of Cortez in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora (Rocky Point). I can say this with confidence, conviction, and honesty as my wife and I have owned a home in the Las Conchas neighborhood in Rocky point since 1996.

We have travelled extensively on numerous trips in the Baja and other parts of Mexico. We love all of Mexico, but always return to Puerto Peñasco knowing that we indeed are invested in the very best spot in this beautiful country. Tessoro Owners Taking Final Tours Before Delivery this Summer

I recently had the pleasure of taking one of Tessoro’s owners, John W., up to his condo on the 7th floor. We also toured the grounds and ascended to the top floor where the roof gardens will be. The Morua Esturay was full and the Sea of Cortez had that Caribbean blue color. As we viewed the panorama of Puerto Peñasco from above, we reminded ourselves of why we are here in Mexico. Read more

Local Business Leaders Visit Tessoro at Las Conchas

We sometimes think everyone in Puerto Peñasco has visited Tessoro by now…. Much to my surprise, many of the prominent local business people have not seen us. On June 17th, I invited to the development Antonio Bellot (ship builder), Jose”Mono” Nacias (who owns several variety stores here), Notario’s Oswaldo Ortega and Armando Rameriz, Alberto Gallardo (builder and property management), Margarita Diaz (LC water company) and Oscar Palacio Soto (President of the Office of Conventions and Visitors as well as owner of Playa Bonita Hotel and RV Resort).
