AMPI Holds Monthly Meeting at Tessoro at Las Conchas

The Rocky Point real estate and business community came together on the Las Conchas Peninsula last Wednesday, July 8 for the monthly AMPI meeting. AMPI is the Mexican real estate professional association. Nearly 60 people participated and the parking lot at Tessoro was fuller than ever seen before. Sea Shell Collecting in Las Conchas

I was reminded yesterday of why our beach is named “Las Conchas” – which means “Sea Shells” in Spanish. First thing in the morning I decided to do something I have not done in so long.

I took off my shoes and walked the beach to look for shells. It was an exceptional day here on Tessoro’s beachfront and I came across tons of perfectly shaped little shells in a variety of forms and colors. Read more
