Q.  Tell us about Las Conchas in 2009?

Chuck: It’s been an exciting year. Lot’s of new houses were built, Tessoro opened, there is a new administration in the state and local governments that we think will be great for infrastructure and tourism development. Tessoro’s First Delivery: Celebrating a Wonderful Milestone in Las Conchas

On Saturday, Tessoro at Las Conchas welcomed Alfonso and Sue Muñoz to their new second home. Dr. and Mrs. Muñoz hail from Payson, Arizona and are the proud owners of a three-bedroom Jade residence.
