Musings from Rocky Point as Tessoro approaches Delivery of the Finest real estate offering in town

While driving to work this morning to Tessoro at Las Conchas a covey of Quail (about) crossed in front of me heading to the sea. I never cease to be amazed how fast those little guys can travel. We have them in our back yard in Sun City but do not see a lot of the little guys down here. We are in the throws of summer with the heat and humidity higher than the rest of the year, but I remind my self daily that living in Puerto Penasco, surely beats shoveling snow and fighting off black flies and mosquitoes in the mid-west. Along the road to Tessoro in Las Conchas is an Osprey nest and the majestic birds pass by the development daily.
