Puerto Peñasco’s Most Wheelchair Friendly Resort Continues Community Commitment

Tessoro at Las Conchas joined the Arizona Diamondbacks to support the Miracle League of Arizona at its August 13 fundraiser in Scottsdale. Tessoro raised hundreds of dollars with the donation of a vacation at the resort, which was purchased by an Arizona couple. Tim Smart represented Tessoro at the event, held at Ladlow’s Furniture in Scottsdale.

Tessoro is the most wheelchair accessible and disability friendly development in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora (Rocky Point). Read more

AMPI Holds Monthly Meeting at Tessoro at Las Conchas

The Rocky Point real estate and business community came together on the Las Conchas Peninsula last Wednesday, July 8 for the monthly AMPI meeting. AMPI is the Mexican real estate professional association. Nearly 60 people participated and the parking lot at Tessoro was fuller than ever seen before. Tessoro at Las Conchas Supports Tucson Boys & Girls Club

On Saturday, June 27, Tessoro at Las Conchas participated in the Boys & Girls Club of Tucson summer event, the “18th Annual Steak and Burger Dinner.” Tessoro donated a vacation in Puerto Peñasco for 4-6 guests to stay at Rocky Point’s finest resort real estate on the Las Conchas Peninsula, helping to raise several hundred dollars for the charity. This marks the third Boys and Girls Club event where Tessoro has participated. Tessoro has made it a company policy to support a variety of charitable groups in the markets where our owners live. Tessoro at Las Conchas Featured at Bridging Arizona Charity Event in Scottsdale

Hundreds of Arizona residents showed up on Thursday, June 4 to support one of the state’s favorite furniture banks. Tessoro at Las Conchas donated a week’s vacation to raise money in a raffle held at the Bridging Arizona event. In attendance was Tessoro developer and architect Isaac Khabie, Tessoro owners and several friends, clients and alliance partners. The lively event was held at the Barcelona Restaurant in Scottsdale and was a great success for the charity. Read more

Tessoro Supports Rocky Point Environmental Education Initiative

Tessoro at Las Conchas was a sponsor of the CEDO-organized 2009 Environmental Contest. This contest was organized to help local children learn about environmental conservation in Puerto Peñasco.

Over 150 students from all education levels in Rocky Point had the opportunity to obtain a deeper understanding of the migratory birds which visit local estuaries each year and of the importance these ecosystems have along their migratory routes. Read more
