This Memorial Day, we continue a proud tradition on the Las Conchas Peninsula. For a third consecutive year, we will gather with family and friends, owners and esteemed guests, to celebrate the official start of Summer.

This year, with the resort delivered and owners living in their beachfront condominium residences, the event will take on a different flavor. We will celebrate together as a new and growing community. Several newer owners will get to know owners who moved in last fall. We will welcome them into the circle of friendship at Tessoro.

Special Tours for Memorial Day. For the many visitors who have been considering a purchase at Tessoro or who have wanted to visit the project that everyone is talking about, there will be an open house all weekend with special tours of the resort.
