Memories from Thanksgiving Weekend at Las Conchas

This weekend has brought to Puerto Penasco and Tessoro many visitors. Winning the CNBC American Residentail Property Award for Best Interior Design and Best Development Design has created alot of buzz around town. Many of our visitors to Tessoro are aware of the awards and agree that Tessoro is clearly hands above all other developments in Puerto Penasco. We have raised the bar as far as developments og. Thanksgiving weekend has brought many of the owners to the development to enjoy their 1st Thanksgiving here and they are loving it. 
 
Today we celebrate the Grand Opening of out Fitness Room and Day Spa as well as hosting a chili contest.  It seems we have about 6 contestants with varous types of chili.  Many types of activities are taking place this weekend in town. The Shrimp Festival is happening in Shrimp Park, The Taste of Penasco is happening at Bella Sirena and Art in the Park is going on in Las Conchas.
 
We are having Chamber of Commerce weather this weekend…. postcard perfect. Yesterday my husband and I went down to the Malecon for lunch and it was so great to see so many people enjoying the beautiful weather. While having drinks and fabulous Coconut Shrimp at The Thirsty Parrot, we visited with people from Arizona and Oregon. All of the vendors and gift shops were busy and lots of packages being toted around. All of the restaurants were full and this was such a welcoming site.
 
Please take the time to come down to Tessoro in Puerto Penasco and make the dream of owning beach front property a reality.
