Hi Gerry!
The residence has 2,345 square feet of indoor, livable space. The Ocean Front Terrace (o.f.t.) is 782 square feet. It is a large, wrap-around, cantilevered terrace with amazing views of the sea. There is a separate, wrap around Estuary View Terrace (e.v.t.) of 133 square feet that provides stunning views of the Morua Estuary. The Diamond Residence is unique in Puerto Peñasco and really worth a visit as this description does not do it justice. Hopefully that answers the questions. I understand your confusion and I guess we may need to look into changing those acronyms . . .

is the total size 2345 sq. ft. what does o.f.t. 782sf and e.v.t.133sf represent. what is the price, along with the fees for maintenance housekeeping , etc
