Musings from Rocky Point as Tessoro approaches Delivery of the Finest real estate offering in town

While driving to work this morning to Tessoro at Las Conchas a covey of Quail (about) crossed in front of me heading to the sea. I never cease to be amazed how fast those little guys can travel. We have them in our back yard in Sun City but do not see a lot of the little guys down here. We are in the throws of summer with the heat and humidity higher than the rest of the year, but I remind my self daily that living in Puerto Penasco, surely beats shoveling snow and fighting off black flies and mosquitoes in the mid-west.

We have a great breeze off the ocean and the waves are lovely. The past few weeks we have seen hugh flocks of Sea Gulls and Pelicans lining our beach. While standing out on the terrace of Tessoro with some clients, I looked up and they were all in flight. It was incredible.

The Pelicans soar past the 4th and 5th floor wrap-around Diamond residences with such grace and agility that I am always amazed. I envy the owners of the Diamonds as their views are so unbelievable. I would imagine they will have their cameras permanently perched on the railings. Just picture yourself at Tessoro at sunset and if you are lucky enough to be here to experience a full moon illuminating the sky and tranquil sea . . . WOW is the only way to describe it.

Our owners are now moving in and they are all so pleased with the finishes, quality and natural setting on the Las Conchas Peninsula. Thus far, the “punch lists” have been short and the owners thrilled. It says a great deal about the architects, contractors and quality control.
