Tessoro at Las Conchas Supports Tucson Boys & Girls Club

On Saturday, June 27, Tessoro at Las Conchas participated in the Boys & Girls Club of Tucson summer event, the “18th Annual Steak and Burger Dinner.” Tessoro donated a vacation in Puerto Peñasco for 4-6 guests to stay at Rocky Point’s finest resort real estate on the Las Conchas Peninsula, helping to raise several hundred dollars for the charity. This marks the third Boys and Girls Club event where Tessoro has participated. Tessoro has made it a company policy to support a variety of charitable groups in the markets where our owners live.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson has served as a leading force for youth development for over 40 years in Tucson. The six your clubhouses of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson served over 6,757 youths in 2008. The Club’s programs are fun, safe and affordable for all younger members of the Tucson community and are offered year-round.

The Steak and Burger Dinner recognizes the wonderful young men and women active in the Boys and Girls Clubs, honoring the youth’s of the year for each of the six clubhouses. Younger members are seated with the guests in the audience and have a chance to interact with donors, supporters and community leaders. Nearly 150 children attended the event. Sitting at the table with Tessoro’s representative were Brittany and Deandre, who thoroughly charmed and entertained the guests. Joe and Carol Cristiani were kind enough to invite Tessoro to join their Aqua Chill LLC table – a particular honor as Joe was a co-chair of the event.
