Local Brokerages Visiting Tessoro at Las Conchas in Lead Up to Delivery

On Thursday of last week, Tessoro at Las Conchas had the opportunity to welcome Jonni Francis and her Coldwell Banker team to the nearly completed resort. Many of the Coldwell agents had not been here in a while and they were impressed to say the least. It is so nice to hear wonderful things about Tessoro from my fellow realtors.

The weather could not have been better the day of the tour and we spent time on the roof top garden taking in the views of the estuary, San Jorge Island and the Sea of Cortez before descending to the Diamond model on the third floor. Once inside, they marveled at the vibrant butterfly sheets of onyx that conceal a spa tub in the master bath. We then went to the second bedroom, which offers amazing views of the two bodies of water merging at the mouth of the Estuary. Finally we ended up sitting on the patio discussing the building and real estate in general. As always, it was so good to see old friends as most of the agents have been here for a long time like I have.

In the final weeks leading up to the delivery of the first residences in Tessoro at Las Conchas, numerous members of the real estate and local business community have been visiting. A real buzz is starting to develop in town and we are all excited to share the excitement which comes with adding a new landmark to this wonderful town.
