AMPI Holds Monthly Meeting at Tessoro at Las Conchas

The Rocky Point real estate and business community came together on the Las Conchas Peninsula last Wednesday, July 8 for the monthly AMPI meeting. AMPI is the Mexican real estate professional association. Nearly 60 people participated and the parking lot at Tessoro was fuller than ever seen before. All in attendance marveled at the advances in Tessoro’s building as the project heads into the home stretch for delivery.

Tessoro’s Sales Associates, AMPI President Ken White and Vice President Liane Armstrong welcomed visitors to the showroom and model at 5:30pm. The event was catered with gourmet pizzas, antipastos and hors d’oeuvres from Capone’s Pizza. Many in attendance had not visited Tessoro for a long time.

The AMPI guests were guided through the resort pool area, under the newly completed palapa and up the marble steps to the now-finished ground-floor lobby. From there, Tessoro unveiled its new elevators and led guests to the in-building Diamond Residence model. The room was filled with gasps of awe and amazement. The Diamond Residence is the finest ever seen in Puerto Peñasco and for many it was their first exposure.

From there, the tour moved to the roof-top garden deck, where a CEDO guide arrived to offer a bird’s-eye-view eco-tour of the Las Conchas area. The guests were thrilled to hear about the richness of the local islands, estuaries, oyster farms, and sea life. The theme of the talk was a reminder to the community to remember the attributes and activities that make Puerto Peñasco special and different than other Mexican beach resorts. Tessoro strongly encouraged all present to bring their clients, friends and contacts on at least one visit to CEDO, CET-MAR, or the NaturArte ecotourism corridor.

As the sun began to set over the horizon towards Old Port, the happy AMPI guests began to head home. Tessoro was very glad to welcome these colleagues and looks forward to seeing many of them again soon.
